The initial plan has to be prepared within 1 working day. - Manage the ticket queue related to the tools under incumbent's responsibility. The incumbent will respond to all Critical within the same day. High tickets require a response the next day the latest. All other tickets shall be updated at least once a week. Weekly: - A brief summarising current situation with ongoing tickets. It shall include any critical as well as system affecting high tickets. - Any identified issues, which took place or are anticipated in the future have to be added to the brief. Performance Standards - Timely delivery of the reports and briefs. - The section head and/or team lead will regularly assess quality of the deliverables. - The reports shall contain key elements such as date and time of system checks, expected outcome, observed situation. - In case of reported issues provide details on 5W: who (is affected), what (happened), when (day/time), where (which systems), why (any supporting details, potential hypothesis). Requirements: Essential to have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science combined with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Cyber Security related post as a Security Engineer or similar position, or a Secondary education and completed advanced vocational education (leading to a professional qualification or professional accreditation) with 5 years post related experience. The CSA will collate information about both logs and network traffic in a clear, structured format, providing remediation recommendations and first response actions where applicable. The successful candidate should be capable of working without supervision to assess alert severity and escalate when required. The main duties as CSA will focus on: Triaging and investigating security alerts in Splunk Enterprise Security.     Back Infrastructure Project Support Specialist Request IT Service Skills Languages: Apply for Job Active Directory, Linux Redhat English Job Description Role: Infrastructure Project Support Specialist NATO SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED Reference: 10679 Profile: C002642 Infrastructure Project Support Specialist Duties: The incumbent as 'Senior Assistant for Infrastructure Project Portfolio Support' provides direct support, contribution, development, assist Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) Service Area Owner (SAO) and all IaaS Service Delivery Managers for service and project management on aspects related to the entire lifecycle, service delivery, service costs, various programs and projects service implementation&maintenance and documentation including statement of work (SOW). The incumbent will perform duties such as following: Participate activities in the areas of implementation, take over, operation and integration of IaaS services. Key areas of expertise are: Data Centre Concepts, Technologies, Operations and Services (IaaS); Analysis and implementation of user requirements; Maintenance of the infrastructure hardware and implementation of changes through following Change Management process; Identification operational problems and contribution to their resolution; The synchronization of resources that support the service including resources; Provides advises and support the IaaS SAO and SDMs on aspects related to the entire lifecycle of capabilities, services, projects; Provides detailed cost analysis, includes breakdowns of project costs, service cost audits; Contribute in maintaining close and coordinated operating ties with IaaS management to ensure a harmonized effort and synchronized effect for all activities; S/he will carefully monitor the compliance with SLAs; Support the development of processes, procedures (SOP) and Standard Operation Instructions (SOIs) for IaaS services, defining in detail tasks that must be performed by all roles identified as needed for the delivery of their service in accordance with their service delivery model and directly contributes to sharing and distributing information and knowledge within the office and with NATO Enterprise stakeholders, using IKM tools. The IKM tools for the IS are: MS SharePoint, document and records management systems, tasker tracker systems, etc. ; Develops and support reviewing, analysing, and coordinating contract specifications, SOW's, maintenance documentation; Analysis and implementation of user requirements; Identification operational problems and contribution to their resolution; Provides reports, briefings, position papers and presentations to senior management during all phases of the project development and implementation; S/he plans and organizes the meetings, prepares and distributes agendas, shares the documents and presentations with the stakeholders across the NATO Enterprise, and drafts the records of the meetings; Assist the NISC IaaS Management to plan, prepare and host formal and informal visits, meetings and conferences with representatives of military, civilian and industrial organizations; Perform ad hoc tasks related to CES SL's responsibilities; Performs other duties as may be required. Might need to work on scheduled maintenances, service-affecting activities and contingency work outside of regular business hours or being on-call after working hours on weekends Might need to travel and work in SHAPE/Mons, HQ Brussels, The Hague/Netherlands or any other datacenters if/when required Requirements: A Master of Science (MSc) degree at a nationally recognized/certified University in a related subject and 5 years post-related experience; Or a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree at a nationally recognized/certified University in a related subject and 7 years post related experience; Experience as technical lead/support in IaaS related projects from design to implementation to and stakeholder management; Sound practical experience and/or good understanding of showback/chargeback cost models and configuration management databases (CMDBs); Sound practical experience in generating Gantt charts, presentations Excellent language skills (English) for drafting documentations. Experience auditing service costs, providing detailed cost analysis with breakdowns and reports for management teams; Should have high-level of understanding and/or very good understanding in the DataCenter concept, technologies, operations and standards including servers, storage devices, hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI), virtualization-level disaster recovery and backup&restore of virtualized environment. Should have an understanding of different layers of IT Services to include clients and VPN access using Smart Cards, printing, sharepoint portals and MS Exchange. Demonstrate at least 3 years of recent and relevant experience in: Project support for IaaS services' delivery and implementation; Experience of designing of IaaS services; Enterprise Systems Management services, methods and tools; Enterprise service provisioning of infrastructure systems and standards; Integration of core services and applications; Modern information systems technology trends and commercial off-the-shelf products.
